Join our joyful contemporary classes for older adults on Thursday mornings 10am.

These friendly and inclusive classes invite adults aged 60 and above to explore dance through a blend of structured movement, exercises and creative improvisation.

Our Easter Dance Workshop in Tunbridge Wells is open to children and young people 5 - 16 years. 

Students will take part in a range of styles with both Cascade teachers and industry professionals. We welcome everyone, regardless of experience!
