The fusion and artristy of dance with acrobactis, our Acro sessions follow the Acrobactic Arts Syllabus. The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Dancers will develop their flexibility, strength and learn a range of drills, tricks and movements that combine their Acro dance skills into choreography.
Dancers are required to wear a uniform for the classes which includes a leotard and shorts with black footless tights.
