Go back to basics with our Contemporary course aimed at true beginners to those wanting to start again and learn the foundations of this dynamic and free style. 

Class works through a range of exercises, building towards a longer sequence towards the end. Roll down, body swings, corner work and floor work make up the class, with a warm up and cool down to top and tail.
